All services are provided in accordance with applicable industry standards and regulations, including HACCP, CFIA, USDA, and FDA requirements where applicable.

Service Terms and Conditions
Service delivery is subject to the following terms:
• Services will be performed by qualified and certified personnel
• All work will comply with applicable health and safety regulations
• Service schedules are established by mutual agreement and may be adjusted as needed
• Access to client facilities must be provided during agreed-upon service times
• Client must provide necessary safety equipment and facility information
Service modifications or cancellations must be communicated with reasonable notice. Emergency service requests may incur additional charges.

• Late payments may be subject to interest charges of 1.5% per month
• Disputed charges must be reported within 30 days of invoice date
• Services may be suspended for accounts in arrears beyond agreed terms
All prices are quoted in Canadian dollars and are subject to applicable taxes. Price adjustments may occur with 30 days written notice.

Failure to meet these responsibilities may affect service quality or result in additional charges.

Limitation of Liability
Upper Canada Sanitation's liability is limited as follows:
• Our liability is limited to the value of services provided
• We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
• We are not responsible for production losses or business interruption
• Coverage does not extend to pre-existing conditions or contamination
We maintain comprehensive general liability and professional liability insurance. Clients are encouraged to maintain their own appropriate insurance coverage.

• Employee information and training records are kept secure
• Non-disclosure agreements are available upon request
Our employees are trained on confidentiality requirements and sign appropriate agreements. Information is only shared as required by law or regulation.
